Collin's 2nd Birthday Party

Our baby boy turned 2 on Saturday, October 17th. What a fun-filled day we had! Collin was a little under the weather, but overall he had a great birthday. Earlier in the day we went shopping and spent some time out running errands. Collin has this new thing about not sitting in shopping carts. He used to love riding in the carts, but now he wants to walk around the store like a big boy, except he doesn't always act like a big boy!

Later in the day, my parents showed up with Auntie Paula and spent some time at our house before leaving for the birthday party at Pump It Up. We had about 20 kids at the party and Collin spent the first hour or so whining and didn't want to play (if you know Collin, you know this is unusual; I blame it on the runny nose and cough). Finally, after some time passed, he warmed up and started running around and playing with the other kids. We had pizza and Scooby Doo birthday cake (thanks Grandma LeLe!).

After the party, we went home and unwrapped all of the wonderful birthday gifts. Collin is so fortunate to have so many great friends and people who love him! He received a lot of really good gifts.

It was a long, but fun day! We can't believe Collin is already 2!!! The last two years have gone by so fast! We love you, Collin!
