We were headed to school one morning and Collin told me that he has "a lot of girlfriends." I corrected him and told him that he had a lot of friends, not necessarily girlfriends. He immediately reiterated the fact that they weren't "friends," but "girlfriends." Rather than argue with him, I just let it go.
When we got to his school and walked in, 2 different classmates (girls) ran over to him and said, "hiiii Collin" and gave him a hug. Collin turned around, looked me dead in my face and said, "see mom? I told ya!"
